Join us for the screening of Singing Neanderthals (史前野人啦啦啦) organized by the Department of English on 21 February 2024 at 6:30 pm in Future Cinema Studio (M6094), Run Run Shaw Creative Media Centre, City University of Hong Kong. Registration will start from 6pm and light refreshment will be served. We will be joined by the film’s director, scriptwriter and composer, Dr. Peter Jordan, in person for a post-screening sharing and Q&A.
Peter has more than thirty years’ experience as actor, director, filmmaker, writer and composer in Britain, Italy and Hong Kong. He directed 30+ productions (both English and Cantonese) and also contributed as writer, composer, musician, fight choreographer, movement director for the Hong Kong Arts Festival, Hong Kong Repertory Theatre, Chung Ying Theatre, Windmill Grass and many others. Award-winning theatre and film include: Les Miserables, Cyrano, The Visit, Ho Chi Minh in Hong Kong, and Hong Kong 1946. In his most recent work feature film 'Singing Neanderthals', he is writer, director, composer and actor.
